Very sad hotel to stay. there are better options if you search. unhygienic Rooms/untidy/cockroaches and bed bugs/no toiletries. staff were at the reception were with sad face/above all no phone/ you cant call them if need anything.

Typical budget Indian hotel, nothing fancy stayed here for one night because it was close to the temple. had comfortable sleep. rooms were clean, we had done online booking so check-in was hassle-free. however washrooms need to be improved. but for small budget stays it was average.

Never dare to plan an accommodation with this Hotel, List of problem faced by me during my one day stay. We have taken a room with 4 bed, that had single plug point that too with loose connection, need to followup for with room service boy to make that working. Once this plug issue got resolved I tried to switch on the TV, but that is not in a working condition when I shouted with management then bought tv from other room and installed it Room boys wanted'ly kept lift door open on the ground floor, so that we will not be able to use the same (may be a technique for power saving) In case if power is gone during the stay, then will not turn on the generator, we need to wait for at-least 30 mins so that they will try to arrange diesel by that time. No response when we are dialling for room service, need to walk in to reception and check with them. No bed light, no hangers, no blankets, in fact except bed and bathroom nothing was there. No response from management for any of the issues reported

Pathetic hotel with rude staff, I booked thru agoda , I came to know that these guys have cancelled my booking without informing me just because they were getting higher prices from walk in customers ..I was left helpless..really biggest idiots

Confirmed Booking Denied by Hotel

I've booked this hotel online thru agooda.com for my upcoming trip to Shirdi. I was suppose to check-in on Aug 13 and today on Aug 11 when I have called hotel guys to double check the booking. They have denied and said they did not receive any email from agooda. I've called up agooda customer support and then they had called up hotel. Hotel guys informed them the booking is confirmed. Aggoda informed me about the same, again I've called up hotel guys and asked them about it. Initially they said yes booking is confirmed 99% but 1% chance is that it may go to someone else due to heavy rush and demand. I called up agooda again and asked them either to refund my full money or provide me alternative confirmed booking. Finally Agooda agreed to provide me alternative booking. Actually this was a long weekend and there was heavy rush and lots of demand of hotels so in order to make more money hotel guys refused my confirm booking. This is not a professional, had I not called these guys in advance to know my status, it would have been a nightmare for me and my family.
